Scarlett Alvarez Uzcategui: Why Zelestra's 3 Es are helping to build a sustainable future

But building a truly sustainable future means going further. That's why we are also creating positive, lasting impact in the communities where we operate.

This belief drives our 3Es Strategy, built around the three pillars of Education, Energy, and Environment. The strategy is brought to life through our flagship programs: Zelestra FutureS, Zelestra EmPowerS, and Zelestra ReNatureS.

Over the past year, Zelestra FutureS marked an important milestone in this journey. The program brought education, vocational training, and the renewable energy sector closer together, empowering young people and opening doors to green career opportunities.

Now, we are taking the next step.

Building on what we have learned, we are moving forward with a more holistic approach, where education initiatives are complemented by actions that promote access to clean energy and environmental awareness, reinforcing the shared vision behind our 3Es Strategy.

We are proud to continue this path in collaboration with United Way España. The experience and commitment they offer helps us to strengthen the reach and impact of our initiatives.
