Zelestra received its Top Employer 2026 certification at an event in Milan. This certification builds on our 2025 Top Employer status and, for the first time, recognizes Zelestra in all our global markets. At Zelestra, we believe that putting people at the centre of our strategy is essential to delivering positive growth. The Top Employer recognition reaffirms that we are on the right path.
I have just returned from spending some time with our excellent team in Italy, where I also had the opportunity officially receive Zelestra’s Top Employer 2026 certification at an event in Milan. It was a very proud moment, and it highlights the excellent progress that Zelestra is making both in our business successes and our commitments to our team.

Our many business successes over the last year were driven by our people. They are the heart of everything we delivered in 2025, and they will be the only reason we succeed in delivering on our ambitious targets for 2026. Without an engaged, empowered and committed team, real success is not possible.

In 2026, we will continue to ensure that Zelestra offers the required support to help our teams realize these promises.
Likewise, we will continue to ensure we have the correct approach to onboarding, developing and supporting everyone team member. From fair and transparent recruitment processes, to structured onboarding, to our journey on pay transparency, we aim to build trust through consistency, governance and open communication.
Development is another cornerstone of our culture. Our Talent Management Cycle supports a high-performance environment where expectations are clear, feedback is continuous and growth is intentional. Leadership development, female leadership programmes and a strong learning ecosystem ensure that we are building the capabilities we need for the future.
Listening is equally important. Through engagement surveys, all-hands sessions and ongoing dialogue, we want to create spaces for feedback and turn insights into concrete action. This is how we strengthen engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience.
